石油化工设备检修中的危险因素及控制方法

石油化工企业是否能够正常的运营取决于设备是否能够一直保持正常运转,而要想促使设备一直都处于稳定运行的状态离不开检修工作的开展,如此则应当重视检修工作的开展。但是,从检修工作、设备、环境等多方面来看,在检修时存在很多危险因素,严重威胁了检修人员的身心健康,应当采取有效方法对这些危险因素加以控制。基于此,文章针对石油化工设备检修工作进行探讨,首先了解检修原则和要求,然后分析检修中常见的危险因素,最后提出控制预防危险因素的策略,希望通过文章的探讨能够为其他工作人员提供一定参考。

Whether petrochemical enterprises can get normal operation depends on whether the equipment can keep normal operation all the time, and if we want to promote the equipment to be in a state of stable operation all the time, we can not do without the development of maintenance work. In this way, attention should be paid to the development of maintenance work. However, according to the maintenance work, equipment, environment and other aspects, there are many risk factors in maintenance, which seriously threatens the physical and mental health of maintenance personnel. Effective measures should be taken to control these risk factors. Based on this, this paper discusses the maintenance work of petrochemical equipment, first understands the maintenance principles and requirements, then analyzes the common risk factors in maintenance, and finally puts forward the strategies of controlling and preventing risk factors, in the hope that the discussion of this paper can provide some reference for other staff.
