在信息高速传播的当代社会,传播媒介不断发展且日益完善,资源的保存方式与信息的数字化传播方式也层出不穷,种类也趋于多样。信息的表达也渐渐从二维转向了三维;信息的传播与流动经历了从静态的点性、线性、范围性到动态的面性、覆盖性的过渡;再从动态的覆盖性到现在信息实时性传播的局面。而信息的实时传播与超大范围的覆盖性恰恰就是我国信息化建设与社会资源环境可持续利用的重要前提。

In the contemporary society of high-speed dissemination of information, the media continues to develop and improve day by day, the preservation of resources and the digital dissemination of information are also emerging in various ways, and their types tend to be diverse. The expression of information has gradually changed from two-dimensional to three-dimensional;the dissemination and flow of information have experienced a transition from static point, line and breadth to dynamic plane and coverage, and then from dynamic coverage to the current situation of real-time dissemination of information. The real-time dissemination of information and the coverage of a wide range of information is precisely an important prerequisite for China’s information construction and sustainable utilization of social resources and environment.
