摘要
蓖麻是生长在热带和亚热带一年生或多年生的草本植物,其种子油含量高达50%以上,是一种用途广泛、经济效益极高的油料作物。三酰甘油是蓖麻籽粒油主要的积累形式,以油酰-CoA为原料在内质网中合成。本文概述了蓖麻籽粒三酰甘油合成的基本途径以及几种关键酶,为利用生物学技术提高蓖麻种子油含量提供一定的科学依据。
Castor is an annual or perennial herb that grows in tropical and subtropical areas,the seed oil content is up to more than 50%andit is an oil crop with a wide range of uses and high economic benefits.Triacylglycerol is the main accumulation form of castor oil and is synthesized in the endoplasmic reticulum using oleyl-CoA as a raw material.This paper introduces the basic pathway of triacylglycerol synthesis in castor seed and several key enzymes,and provides a certain scientific basis for increasing the content of castor seed oil.
