情感治理视域下社区意识影响因素及培育路径 被引量:7

The Influencing Factors of Community Sense from the Perspective of Emotional Governance and Its Cultivation Path

摘要 情感治理是突破我国社区治理困境的新方向。社区意识是社区居民对其所属社区的情感联结与认同,可以克服与消解过分强调技术治理带来的弊端,注重社区内生力量的生长与发育,使社区治理回归价值治理。基于2017年对青岛市12个社区1280份问卷的数据分析,发现社区意识由社区认同感与社区凝聚力两个因子构成;在社区意识的显著影响因素中,社区因素(社区环境、社区交往、社区参与)相较于人口因素是核心影响因素。为更好地提升居民的社区意识,应不断加强社区环境建设、推行与开展社区营造、培育社区社会组织、推动社区赋权增能。 Emotional governance is a new direction to break through the dilemma of community governance in China.Sense of community is the emotional connection and identification of community residents with their community.It can overcome and eliminate the disadvantages of over-emphasis on technology governance,focus on the growth and development of endogenous forces in the community,and return community governance to value governance.Based on the data analysis of 1280 questionnaires in 12 communities in Qingdao in 2017,the research finds the results that sense of community is composed of two factors:community identity and community cohesion;community factors(community environment,community interaction,community participation)are the core factors that can affect community awareness compared to population factors.To this end,community awareness of residents must be cultivated through the strengthening of community environment construction,the implementation and development of community building,cultivating community social organization and promotion of community empowerment and energy.
