摘要
开放式实验室是培养学生自主学习能力和促进人才创新成长的摇篮。文章针对传统实验教学存在的问题,结合西藏高校工科类专业实际情况和人才培养方案,分析了开放实验室管理模式,探究了实验室在开放管理过程中存在的常见问题,提出了实验室开放管理策略。本研究不仅有助于提高实验室的利用率和创新型人才培养水平,也将为西藏高校提升实验室开放管理水平提供示范和借鉴。
The open laboratory is a cradle to cultivate the self-learning ability of students and develop innovative talents.To solve the problems in traditional experimental teaching,on the basis of the actual conditions and talent cultivation plans in engineering courses of Tibetan colleges,this article analyzed the open laboratory management model,explored laboratory problems in open management,proposed a new requirement that the open management strategy.This research will not only help to improve the utilization rate of the laboratory and to cultivate innovative talents,but also provide a model and reference for the improvement of the open management level of the laboratory in Tibetan colleges.
