摘要
“百年大计,教育为本。教育大计,教师为本。”陕西民办高校在发展过程中,教师的社会认同感低、缺乏归属感、繁重的教学工作量、巨大的科研压力导致民办高校教师队伍不稳定,影响陕西民办高校的健康发展。这就需要加大政府支持,加强顶层设计,真正将政策落到实处,切实解决民办高校教师的所关注的问题,关注教师个人成长,加强培训,提升教师综合素质,“让广大教师在岗位上有幸福感、事业上有成就感、社会上有荣誉感,让教师成为让人羡慕的职业。”
“Education is the foundation for a hundred years.Teachers are the foundation of education.”In the process of the development of private colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province,the low sense of social identity,the lack of sense of belonging,the heavy workload of teaching and the huge pressure of scientific research lead to the instability of the teachers’team,which affects the healthy development of private colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province.This requires increasing government support,strengthening top-level design,truly implementing policies,practically solving the problems concerned by teachers in private colleges and universities,focusing on teachers’personal growth,strengthening training,and improving teachers’comprehensive quality,“so that teachers can have a sense of happiness in their posts,a sense of achievement in their careers,and a sense of honor in society,so that teachers can become an enviable profession.”
