当前高校教师党支部开展党日活动存在主题不突出、活动形式单一、活动缺乏实效性的普遍问题,新时期必须从精心凝练活动主题、紧密联系工作实际、创新活动组织形式、丰富“主题党日+”内容、严肃组织纪律等方面加强党日活动的实效性,增强组织活力,提升教师党员的党性修养。

The vague theme and single form of Party day activities in the current teachers’Party branch in higher colleges are commonly of no practical effect.In the new era a diversity of creative Party day activities with elaborate themes must be closely related to practical work.Party day activities in enriching content of“thematic Party day+”should also be of practical effect and thus enhance Party spirit of teacher Party members.
