人工全髋关节置换术后引流管理的研究进展

Advances in drainage management following total hip arthroplasty

人工全髋关节置换术是治疗终末期髋关节病变的主要手术方式,但是考虑到髋关节周围神经血管等软组织丰富,手术创伤较大,造成大量的术中出血以及术后渗血。为了将术后渗血引出以降低血肿形成的风险,术后留置引流管一直以来都是围术期常见的处理方法。然而,近年来对于人工全髋关节置换术后是否应常规放置引流管也产生了争议,同时对于放置引流管后如何做到最佳的引流管理的问题也一直未有定论。本文就髋关节置换术后放置引流的相关问题进行了文献回顾,旨在提供围手术期相关管理经验。

Total hip arthroplasty(THA)is the main surgical method for the treatment of end stage hip disease.Considering the abundant distribution of blood vessels,nerves and soft tissues around the hip,the surgical trauma of THA is also severe,thus leading to the massive intraoperative and postoperative bleeding.In order to drain out the postoperative bleeding and reduce the risk of hematoma formation within the hip,indwelling drainage has always been a common treatment during the perioperative period.However,in recent years,it has been a controversial issue that whether the drainage tube should be routinely placed after THA.There is still no consensus concerning the management of postoperative drainage.This review summarized the related issues of drainage placement after THA in order to provide experience for perioperative drainage management of THA.
