亚磷酸盐防锈剂的研究进展

Research Progress on Phosphite Antirust Agent

防锈涂料在钢铁、合金和金属防腐起到重要作用,而以亚磷酸盐为活性防锈组分的新型磷系防锈涂料对金属和钢铁材料的防腐效果明显、开发潜力较大。本文对防锈的机理、防锈涂料的组成进行介绍,重点对可应用于防锈涂料、颜料的亚磷酸锌盐、亚磷酸铝盐、亚磷酸钙盐、亚磷酸钾盐等磷系防锈组分的品种、性质、制备及应用的研究进展等进行介绍,并对亚磷酸盐未来的发展进行展望和建议。

Antirust coatings play an important role in the corrosion protection of iron and steel,alloy and metal,while the new phosphate-based antirust coatings with phosphite as the active antirust component have obvious antirust effect and great development potential for metal and steel materials.The mechanism of rust,antirust coating composition were introduced,the key to be applied to the antirust paint,paint phosphite,phosphite aluminium salt,zinc salt and bona,phosphorous acid potassium phosphate rust variety of components,properties,research progress of preparation and application were introduced,and the future development of phosphite was forecasted and suggested.
