摘要 有机合成化学是化学生物学本科专业课程教学内容的重要组成部分,旨在系统地加深本专业有机化学学科基础理论;更深层次地掌握有机分子的结构与性质关系,更加深入地理解官能团及官能团转化、保护基化学、有机反应中试剂;更系统地理解加成、消除、取代、氧化、还原、重排、周环等七大类反应中所涉及到的化学选择性、区域选择性和立体选择性机理问题;更进一步掌握复杂骨架分子(天然产物、药物、高级材料)逆合成分析及正向合成策略设计的基本知识。 Organic synthetic chemistry is an important part of the teaching content of the undergraduate course of chemical biology department.The purpose is to systematically deepen the basic theories related to the specialty of chemical biology,have a deeper grasp of the relationship between the structure and properties of organic molecules,have a deeper understanding of functional groups and functional group transformation,protecting group chemistry,reagents in organic reactions,more systematically understand the chemical selectivity,regioselectivity,and stereoselectivity mechanisms involved in the seven major types of reactions such as addition,elimination,substitution,oxidation,reduction,rearrangement,and pericyclics,and comprehend and apply knowledge of some important organic reaction,retrosynthetic analysis and synthetic strategy toward wide applications in the context of the synthesis of complex skeleton molecules,such as natural products,therapeutic drugs,and advanced materials.
