摘要
近年来,全球范围内的“斜杠青年”群体不断扩大,这背后体现着个体发展的一种基本动力机制,即在与社会不断融入过程中感受消解,同时不断地进行着自我反思。研究以自反性理论为基础,通过描绘现代性视域下斜杠青年的无力、破碎和异化,阐释“斜杠青年”如何通过自反性机制在无力中释放潜力,在破碎的职业身份中统一内在指向,以及在异化中寻求真实表达的过程。
In recent years,the global“slash youth”group has been expanding,which reflects a basic dynamic mechanism of individual development,that is,feeling decomposes in the process of continuous integration with the society,and at the same time,they are constantly reflecting on themselves.Based on the theory of reflexivity,this study describes the powerlessness,fragmentation and alienation of slashes from the perspective of modernity,and explains how slashes release their potential in powerlessness through the mechanism of reflexivity,unify their inner direction in their multiple professional identity,and seek for true expression in alienation.
