Research on the Prediction Model of Undergraduate Specialty Setting in Colleges and Universities

专业作为高校人才培养的基础单位,不仅决定着高校的课程设置,而且也影响着学生毕业后的就业去向。高校本科专业设置合理与否,直接关系到其所培养出来的人才能否被市场认可,因此高校本科专业设置预测模型构建研究的重要性日益凸显。基于社会需求、高校培养能力、科学发展水平、国家政策、学科专业布局等因素,讨论了分行业的人才需求预测模型、分学科专业的高校人才供给预测模型、基于逻辑斯蒂回归的高校人才培养能力预测模型等构建问题。

Major,as the basic unit of talent cultivation,not only determines the curriculum of colleges and universities,but also affects the employment of students after graduation.Whether the specialty setting is reasonable or not is directly related to whether the trained talents can be recognized by the market.However,with the aggravation of the structural unemployment of the graduates,the importance of constructing the prediction model of specialty setting in colleges and universities is becoming more and more important.Through the explanation of the essence and connotation of the prediction of undergraduate specialty setting,this paper explores the train of thought and realization of the prediction model of undergraduate specialty setting.
