深圳福田红树林大型底栖动物多样性研究

Diversity of Macrobenthos in Futian Mangrove,Shenzhen

为了解广东省深圳福田红树林大型底栖动物多样性现状,于2019年1—11月对福田红树林大型底栖动物进行调查,并利用PRIMER软件进行群落物种多样性分析。结果共采集到以软体动物为主的大型底栖动物72种,红树林大型底栖动物平均栖息密度为475 ind/m2,平均生物量为202.89 g/(m2·fw)。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数为1.075~1.953,平均为1.528;Margalef丰富度指数为0.844~2.096,平均为1.644;Pielou均匀度指数为0.531~0.889,平均为0.695。福田红树林大型底栖动物的组成与分布受生境影响较显著,受季节影响较小。与历史数据对比,福田红树林大型底栖动物物种多样性有所提高,说明红树林生境得到进一步改善。

To gain an understanding of the current macrobenthos diversity in Futian Mangrove,Shenzhen,Guangdong Province,we conducted a survey of the macrobenthos in the Futian mangrove from January to November 2019,and used PRIMER software to conduct an analysis of community species diversity.72 macrobenthic species were collected,most of which were molluscs.The annual average habitat density of the macrobenthos in the mangrove area was 475 ind/m2,and the annual average biomass was 202.89 g/(m2•fw).The Shannon–Wiener diversity index was 1.075~1.953,with an average of 1.528;the Margalef richness index was 0.844~2.096,with an average of 1.644;the Pielou uniformity index was 0.531~0.889,with an average of 0.695.The composition and distribution of the macrobenthos in the Futian mangrove area were significantly affected by habitat,but less affected by seasons.Compared with historical data,the species diversity of the macrobenthos in the Futian mangrove area has increased,indicating that the mangrove habitat has been further improved.
