闽楠母树与半同胞子代生长的关联分析

Correlation Analysis on the Growth of Superior Trees and Half Sib Progenies of Phoebe bournei(Hemsl.)Yang in Zhenghe,Fujian Province

闽楠是我国特有的珍贵树种和国家二级珍稀濒危植物,而控制好采种关键环节、提高苗木培育质量是促进资源保育的关键措施。本研究以福建政和县东平镇闽楠天然林为研究对象,通过跟踪母树生长动态、分析其种实生长特性和子代苗木生长表现,探讨三者间的关联性。研究结果表明,不同母树对其胸径和树高生长、种实特性及子代苗木高度均产生显著影响;母树生长指标和种实生长特性与子代苗高间均存在不同程度的相关,其中种实生长特性与子代苗高的相关性明显强于母树生长指标;种子宽与种实千粒重、种子宽长比和子代苗高均显著相关,既可作为评价当地种子质量的重要指标,也可作为评价子代苗木生长表现的关键指标。基于上述分析,建议在闽楠采种和种实调运以及苗木培育中,宜优先选择种子较宽且较饱满的种子,以提高苗木生长速度和培育质量。

Phoebe bournei(Hemsl.)Yang,a subtropical evergreen broad leaved tree for the production of cherished timber and ornamental purpose,is a rare and endangered plant which has been taken as a plant of the second-class protection in China.In order to offer scientific guidance for the seed collection,seedling cultivation,and germplasms conservation of P.bournei,the relationship between seed growth characteristics and growth performance of progeny seedlings was studied by tracking the growth dynamics of the mother trees,analyzing their seed growth characteristics and analyzing the growth performance of the offspring seedlings in Zhenghe county,Fujian Province.Different mother trees had significant effects on DBH and height growth,seed characteristics and seedling height of offspring;there were different degrees of correlation between mother tree growth index and seed growth characteristics and seedling height of offspring,among which the correlation between seed growth characteristics and seedling growth of offspring was significantly stronger than that of mother tree;seed width significantly correlated with thousand-grain seed weight,the ratio of seed width to length,and seedling height of offspring,which indicated that seed width could be used not only as an important index to evaluate the seed quality in local area,but also as a key index to evaluate the growth performance of seedlings.Based on the results mentioned above,the wider and plumper seeds should be focused and considered in seed collection from plus tree,germplasm allocation and transportation as well as seedling cultivation to guarantee the growth rate and cultivation quality of seedlings.
