不同育苗容器对降香黄檀苗木生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨不同育苗容器对降香黄檀苗木生长的影响,以森林土与咖啡壳沤制物按1∶1混合作为栽培基质,比较5种育苗容器对2年生降香黄檀苗高、地径、各器官生物量、主根长度、>0.1 cm侧根数、最长侧根长度、苗木质量指数的影响,并采用隶属函数分析法进行综合评价。结果表明:2年生降香黄檀在不同育苗容器间苗高、地径、各器官生物量、主根长度、苗木质量指数有显著差异,高径比、侧根数、最长侧根长度则差异不显著;隶属函数综合分析得出适宜2年生降香黄檀生长的容器为无纺布育苗袋(D×H=20 c m×25 cm),其各项生长指标均比其它容器苗高,苗木质量指数也最高,可推荐为苗圃生产用的优良栽培容器。 The study aims to discuss effects of different containers on the growth of seedlings of fragrant rosewood(Dalbergia odorifera).Based on different growing media prepared with coffee husk compost and forest soil,the experiment was carried out through randomized design.We compared effects of five different container types on the seedling height,ground diameter,biomass of each organ,main root length,lateral root number,longest lateral root length,and seedling quality index of Dalbergia odorifera.The membership function analysis was used for comprehensive evaluation.The results show that there are obvious differences among seedling height,ground diameter,biomass of each organ,main root length,and seedling quality index of the two-year seedlings of Dalbergia odorifera in different containers.However,the differences among the ratio of height to ground diameter,lateral root number,and longest lateral root length are not significant.By synthetic analysis,we found that the most feasible container for two-year seedlings of Dalbergia odorifera is non-woven bag(D×H=20 cm×25 cm),which growth indices are higher than all others.In addition,the seedling quality index in non-woven bags is the highest,showing that it is best for the growth of seedlings of Dalbergia odorifera.Therefore,non-woven bags are recommended as excellent cultivation containers for nurseries.
