摘要
艺术管理的纷繁复杂性,致使对其专业属性的认识理解存在差异,进而反映在艺术管理的专业界定和人才培养方面,各学校间难以步调一致,阻碍了专业标准的制定,也影响了人才培养的质量。因此,仍需进一步明晰艺术管理的专业属性,以便制定合理的人才培养方案,开展针对性的教学,进而推动艺术管理专业健康发展。
Generally speaking,the diversity and complexity of professional management leads to understanding differences towards the professional attribute.As a result,it is difficult to keep pace with each other among universities in terms of professional definition and talent training of art management,which hinders the development of professional management standards as well as the quality of talent training.Therefore,it is necessary for us to clarify the professional attribute of art management so as to formulate reasonable talent training programs and carry out targeted teaching,which further promotes the development of art management major.
