摘要
目的:通过建立以运营数据中心为平台的医院资源规划(HRP)系统,实现对单台大型设备的准确效益评价与精细化管理。方法:以互联互通集成平台中的主数据字典作为标准,完成异构数据的统一,集成各业务系统数据,整合全院经济运营数据,建立绩效考核管理平台。通过使用多种技术架构,保证系统的安全性和可用性,贯穿经济运营数据与医疗业务数据,统筹考量大型设备效益。结果:基于数据中心的HRP系统,可以从各个业务系统提取数据,从根源上保障了考核数据的一致性,及时准确的体现大型设备运行情况,为医院精细化管理提供数据支撑。以医院磁共振设备为例,HRP系统应用后门诊台均工作量减少0.16%,住院台均工作量减少24.39%,总工作量减少6.89%,结论:基于数据中心的HRP系统,能够实现以数据为抓手,可有效引导科室精细管理,从而提高医院运营效率。
Objective: To establish a hospital resource planning(HRP) system based on the platform of operation data center so as to realize accurate benefit evaluation and delicacy management of single large equipment. Methods: The master data dictionary in the interconnection integration platform was used as the standard to realize the unification of heterogeneous data, and integrate the data of various business systems and the data of economic operation of whole hospital, and establish management platform of performance appraisal. Through used various technical architectures to ensure the safety and availability of the system, and to run through the economic operation data and medical business data, and to overall consider equipment benefits. Results: The HRP system based on the data center can extract data from various business systems, and ensure the consistency of check data from original source, and timely and accurately reflect running condition of large-scale equipment, and provide data support for delicacy management of hospital. The magnetic resonance equipment of hospital was used as an example in this study, the average workload of outpatient service desk after HRP system was applied was reduce by 0.16%, and the average workload of the inpatient table was reduced by 24.39%, and the total workload was reduced by 6.89%. Conclusion: The HRP system based on the data center can realize the data are used as the basis, and can effectively guide the delicacy management of department, so as to improve the operative efficiency of hospital.
