摘要
研究了免疫系统的应答响应机理,基于应答机理,提出一种免疫反馈控制器,建立多线切割机恒张力控制模型,以粒子群算法作为控制器参数优化的方法,在Matlab环境下对控制器参数进行优化,结果表明,参数优化后的免疫控制器在多线切割机恒张力控制中具有响应速度快、调节时间短的控制效果。
The controlling system for multi-wire saw is modeled,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm was adopted to optimize the controller’s parameters.The controller parameters were optimized with Matlab.And the simulation result demonstrates that the optimized immune controller by the particle swarm algorithm performs well with rapid response and short tuning time.
