摘要
借助CATIA软件和虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)技术,对汽车转向系的关键零部件结构、装配步骤及运动过程进行动态仿真和VR制作,实现可交互装配工艺系统平台。该平台不仅能够实现装配过程在课程讲解和生产实习等教学环节的三维立体展示,而且通过虚拟交互手段,使学生进一步熟悉和掌握装配实验各流程,从而获得更好的体验效果。
By using CATIA and VR technology,the dynamic simulation and VR production of the key components structure,assembly steps and motion process of automobile steering system are carried out to realize the interactive assembly process platform.The platform can not only realize the threedimensional display of assembly process in teaching procedures such as course explanation and producing practice,but also make students more familiar with the assembly process,so as to obtain better experience effect.
