摘要
教育部在2018年印发的《教育信息化2.0》中提出,要探索将区块链、大数据等新技术应用到教学工作中。当前,以区块链为代表的新技术,引领着全球新一轮科技革命和产业竞争,数字经济正深刻改变人类的生产和生活方式,成为经济增长的新动能。区块链技术具有去中心化、多方决策、共同维护、不可篡改等特点,保证了区块链的“诚实”与“透明”,为区块链创造信任奠定基础。目前,区块链已应用在金融、征信、医疗和教育等多个行业。对于医学教学而言,区块链技术将应用到医学生征信体系、医学数字版权保护和医学教育经费使用等领域,以有效提升高等医学教学管理效率和水平。
In the"education informatization 2.0"issued by the Ministry of Education in 2018,it is proposed to explore the application of blockchain,big data and other new technologies to teaching.At present,the new technology represented by blockchain technology is leading a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial competition in the world.The digital economy is profoundly changing human production and life style and becoming a new driving force for economic growth.Blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization,multi-party decision-making,common maintenance and tamper-resistance,which ensures the"honesty"and"transparency"of blockchain and lays the foundation for creating trust in blockchain.At present,blockchain has been applied in many industries,such as finance,credit,medical and education.For medical teaching,blockchain technology will be applied to medical student credit system,medical digital copyright protection,medical education funds and other fields,effectively improving the efficiency and level of higher medical teaching management.
