摘要
在新冠肺炎疫情的影响下,为响应教育部“停课不停学”的号召,线上教学在各大高校广泛开展。该文论述了在“互联网+”背景下结合“慕课”和“翻转课堂”的优势,以二者相互融合的方式培养肿瘤学研究生。适应疫情环境下对人才培养模式、教育观念和思维方式、教学内容方法和方式的变革,引导学习者自主学习和互动协作,实现最优化的医学教育教学效果。
Under the influence of the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia,in response to the call of the Ministry of Education to"suspend classes without stopping learning",online teaching has been widely carried out in colleges and universities.This paper discusses the combination of the advantages of"MOOC"and"flipped classroom"under the background of"Internet+",and the cultivation of oncology graduate students in a way of integrating the two.During the epidemic,it is necessary to reform the model of talent cultivation,the concept of education and way of thinking,as well as teaching content and teaching methods,so as guide learners to learn independently and interact with each other,and to achieve the most optimized teaching effect of medical education.
