血气分析仿真实验教学设备在机能学实验教学中的应用

摘要 利用血气分析仿真实验教学设备替代高成本血气分析仪,应用于病理生理学和机能学实验教学,满足更多学生实验教学的需求。通过虚拟仿真设备,能够观察到实验动物血液中pH、PCO2和PO2等值的变化,通过分析处理可得到各参数的变化趋势曲线,从而帮助学生理解酸碱平衡的特性和人体内环境稳态的重要性。同时,通过实际操作血气分析仿真实验设备,加强学生的动手操作能力,加深学生对仪器运行原理的理解,让学生掌握理血气分析检测技术,为将来开发新仪器和新检测方法奠定基础。 In order to meet more students'needs in experimental teaching,we use the simulation experimental teaching equipment of blood gas assay to replace the high-cost blood gas analyzers in experimental teaching of pathophysiology and functional science.We can use virtual simulation equipment to observe the numerical variation of pH,PCO2 and PO2 in the blood of experimental animals,and get the variation trend curve of each parameter through analysis equipment.All of these can help students understand the characteristics of acid-base balance and the importance of human environmental homeostasis.The students will deepen their understanding of the operating principle of the instrument and strengthen operational ability through the actual operation of the simulation experimental teaching equipment of blood gas assay,and make students master the blood gas assay and detection technology,which will lay a foundation for the future development of new instruments and new detection methods.
