高职院校开展“双基”建设的任务,最终落到教研室。该文针对基层教研室标准化建设,分析基层教研室标准化建设面临的问题,结合当前职业教育改革热点和任务,提出基层教研室标准化建设三条途径,旨在提升高职院校人才培养质量。

The task of"double base"construction in higher vocational colleges finally falls the teaching and research sections.Aiming at the standardization construction of grass-roots teaching and research sections,this paper analyzes the problems faced by the standardization construction of grass-roots teaching and research sections,and puts forward three ways of standardization construction of grass-roots teaching and research sections in combination with the current hot spots and tasks of vocational education reform,aiming to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.
