高职汽修专业自主创业现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Status Quo of Autonomous Entrepreneurship of Higher Vocational Auto Repair Majors

该文通过对汽车行业发展现状、汽修专业就业特点、国家创新创业政策和高职毕业生创业现状的分析,结合对高职院校汽修专业应届毕业生自主创业就业意向、往届自主创业毕业生的创业经历和成功经验的调查,总结出高职院校汽修专业毕业生自主创新创业面临的行业和跨专业知识储备、资金、技术创新点等问题。希望能够通过对现状的分析,发现高职汽修专业学生自主创业的问题所在。针对发现的问题,在教学设计、课程改革、课堂教学等方面做出改变,提高高职汽修专业学生的自主创业水平。

Through the analysis of the development status of the automobile industry,the employment characteristics of the auto repair major,the national innovation and entrepreneurship policy and the entrepreneurial status of higher vocational graduates,combined with the investigation on the employment intention of autonomous entrepreneurship of the recent auto repair graduates from higher vocational colleges,and the entrepreneurial experience and successful experience of previous graduates who started their own business,this paper summarizes the problems faced by them in autonomous entrepreneurship in terms of their knowledge for their own industry,other industries,funds and technical innovations.The writer hopes that through the analysis of the current situation,we can find out the problems of higher vocational auto repair students'autonomous entrepreneurship,so that we can make targeted changes in teaching design,curriculum reform,classroom teaching,etc.,thus improving level of higher vocational auto repair majors autonomous entrepreneurship.
