论黄道的党建思想与实践

黄道同志的一生都奉献于党和人民的革命事业。在长期的革命斗争中,作为党的优秀领导干部,黄道十分重视党的建设并形成了内涵丰富的党建思想。从发展历程上来看,其党建思想大致经历了思想萌发阶段(1919年-1927年)、初步形成阶段(1927年-1931年)、发展成熟阶段(1931年-1936年)和重心转移阶段(1936年-1939年)。从内涵上来看,黄道的党建思想包括:着重从思想上建党,坚决反对党内一切非无产阶级思想;把党的政治建设摆在突出位置,坚决服从党的集中统一领导;坚持“以党员发展党员、支部发展支部”的方法不断扩大党组织;高度重视作风建设,始终发扬党的优良传统;致力于建立党的统一战线,团结一切可以团结的力量。这些丰富的内涵为新时代全面加强党的建设提供了重要的智慧启迪和实践参考。

Comrade Huang Dao devoted his whole life to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the people.In the long-term revolutionary struggle,as an outstanding leading cadre of the Party,Huang Dao attached great importance to Party building and formed his Party building thought with rich connotations.From the perspective of the development process,his Party building thought has roughly gone through the ideological germination stage(1919-1927),the initial formation stage(1927-1931),the mature stage of development(1931-1936)and the shifting stage of focus(1936-1939).From the perspective of connotation,Huang Dao’s Party building thought includes:focusing on building the Party ideologically,resolutely opposing all non-proletarian ideologies in the Party;placing the Party's political construction in a prominent position and resolutely obeying the Party's centralized and unified leadership;insisting on“let Party members recruit new Party members”,"let Party branches develop new Party branches"method to continuously expand the Party organization;attaching great importance to the construction of work style,always carrying forward the Party's fine traditions;keeping committed to establishing the Party's united front;uniting all forces that can be united.These rich connotations provide important wisdom and practical reference for strengthening Party building in the new era.
