作为党的早期领导人之一,方志敏在赣东北苏区多年的革命斗争中对党的干部队伍建设进行了初步的探索与实践,为中国革命事业的发展培养了大批优秀干部。方志敏从干部选拔标准、干部吸纳原则、干部培训内容、干部作风建设、干部团结维护五个方面出发加强干部队伍建设,其干部队伍建设思想具有突出的实践性与人民性、非凡的创造性和灵活性、鲜明的时代性和前瞻性等特点。

As one of the early leaders of the Party,Fang Zhimin conducted preliminary exploration and practice in the construction of the Party's cadre team during the years of revolutionary struggle in the Northeast Jiangxi Soviet Area,and trained a large number of outstanding cadres for the development of China's revolutionary cause.Fang Zhimin strengthened the construction of the cadre team from the five aspects of cadre selection standards,cadre absorption principles,cadre training content,cadre style construction,and cadre unity maintenance,which has outstanding practicality and people's character,extraordinary creativity and flexibility,and a distinctive epochal character and perspectiveness.
