高丽时代婚姻史研究述评

Review on the Study of Marriage History in the Goryeo Dynasty

婚姻作为两性之间的结合,是了解一个社会家庭亲属结构乃至社会特点、政治变动的关键因素。迄今为止,中日韩学界就高丽时代婚姻原则、婚姻制度和婚姻形态进行了深入研究,研究内容涉及同姓婚、近亲婚、一夫一妻制、一夫多妻制婚姻形态及当时婚姻缔结条件、婚姻居住条件、婚姻解除条件、再婚等诸多历史问题,但在高丽时代婚姻形态、高丽王室族内婚分期问题等方面仍存在较大分歧。

Marriage,as a union between the sexes,is a key factor in understanding the structure of a social family or relatives,as well as the social characteristics or political changes.So far,the academic circles in China,Japan and South Korea have carried out in-depth study on the principle of marriage,the system of marriage and the form of marriage in the Goryeo Dynasty.The research content covered many historical issues,such as same-surname marriage,consanguineous marriage,the system of monogam,the system of polyandry,the condition of marriage,the condition of divorce and remarriage etc.However,there are still big differences in the form of marriage and the problem of period division of marriage within the royal family.
