摘要
由于经济全球化、信息化、数字化、自动化以及人口老龄化所带来的巨大影响,技能短缺和技能不匹配已经成为越来越普遍的现象。造成这两种现象的原因是多方面的,一切影响技能供给、技能需求的因素都会造成技能供需不平衡,从而导致技能短缺和技能不匹配的现象。这两种现象日益成为阻碍企业创新,制约个人高质量就业,进而影响社会经济结构调整和创新发展的重要因素,需要政府、高校、企业和个人协力解决。
Skill shortage and skill mismatch have become increasingly common due to the huge impact of economic globalization,informatization,digitization,automation and population aging.The reasons for these two phenomena are various.All factors affecting the supply and demand of skill will cause the imbalance of the supply and demand of skill,thus leading to the phenomenon of skill shortage and skill mismatch.These two phenomena have increasingly become an important factor that hinders enterprise innovation and restricts high-quality employment of individuals,thus affecting the adjustment of social and economic structure and innovative development.They need to be solved jointly by the government,universities,enterprises and individuals.
