摘要
采用问卷法对235名小学教师的教学反思能力现状进行调查,结果发现:小学教师的教学反思总水平较高,存在性别、教龄、任教年级和学校类型的差异。女教师的教学反思水平高于男教师,教龄20年以上教师的教学反思水平高于其他教龄教师,任教三年级教师的教学反思水平高于其他年级教师,城市教师的教学反思水平高于乡村教师。建议培养小学教师的教学反思能力时关注性别、教龄、任教年级和学校类型差异。
The questionnaire method was used to investigate the status of 230primary school teachers'teaching reflection ability.The results found that:the overall level of primary school teachers'teaching reflection is high;there are differences in the level of primary school teachers'teaching reflection:gender,teaching age,teaching grade and school type:the level of teaching reflection of female teachers is higher than that of male teachers,the level of teaching reflection of teachers with more than 20years of teaching experience is higher than teachers of other teaching ages,the level of teaching reflection of third grade teachers is higher than that of other teachers,and the level of teaching reflection of urban primary school teachers is higher than that of rural school teachers.It is recommended to pay attention to the differences in gender,teaching age,teaching grade and school type when cultivating the teaching reflection ability of primary school teachers.
