新型电抗器的设计与仿真研究

摘要 噪声问题是限制电抗器在城区室内使用的一个关键因素,文章设计一种新型电抗器,其铁芯由硅钢片和金属软磁粉芯组成,并对其进行有限元电磁场仿真分析,最后根据设计和仿真结果制作一台样机,其噪声测试为54.3dB,低于传统硅钢片制备的电抗器。 Noise is a key factor restricting reactors application in urban areas. In this paper, a new type of reactor, consisting of silicon steel and soft magnetic powder core, was designed and the electromagnetic field was analyzed by FEM simulation. Based on the design and simulation results, a reactor prototype was manufactured. The testing result indicated that the noise of reactor was54.3 dB, much lower than that of the reactors with silicon steel core.
