摘要
为了更加快捷、可靠、简单的控制霓虹灯广告屏灯的轮流亮灭,文章利用可编程控制器技术即PLC设计了梯形图程序来实现霓虹灯的一些常用功能,并对其用MELSOFT FX TRAINER进行仿真调试,仿真结果能满足设计要求。此外,通过霓虹灯的程序改写,还可以对多种亮起效果进行定义,通过使用PLC进行整个控制系统的设计,可以明显感受到使用PLC进行控制系统设计的各项点,在实际霓虹灯广告屏应用中具有一定的推广意义。
In order to more quickly,reliably,and simply control the turn on and off of neon advertising screen lights,this article uses programmable controller technology,PLC,to design a ladder diagram program to realize some common functions of neon lights,and simulate it with MELSOFT FX TRAINER Commissioning,the simulation results can meet the design requirements.In addition,through the rewriting of the neon light program,a variety of lighting effects can also be defined.Using PLC to design the entire control system,you can clearly feel the advantages of using PLC to design the control system.In the actual neon advertising screen application has certain promotion significance.
