摘要
文章探讨了ALARP分析的理论基础和方法,研究了国际风险可接受水平标准,并采用定量方法对某海上平台立管进行了ALARP分析,论证了已有安全措施满足甲方的风险可接受水平,无需增加额外保护,节约了工程成本。本方法的实际工程应用为解决类似问题提供了参考。
This paper describes ALARP theory and methodology, and presents the international ALARP levels. Quantity ALARP is adopted to solve the top riser risk. The findings show that existing safeguards can meet client ALARP level, and no additional safeguards are required, thus project cost is saved. The practice and project application provides references for similar issues.
