摘要
旁路作业简单来说就是在线路元件的基础上添加旁路系统,在其保持持续通电状态下按照预期设计要求对线路元件进行更换。常规的配电网作业为保证施工安全需要切断电源才能进行后续工作,周围居民的生活用电与企业用电均受到严重影响。而旁路带电作业可以在不断开电源的情况下实现元器件更换,在这一过程中不仅能够提高供电可靠性,电网的正常供电也得以保证,给予了检修人员极大的作业方便。
To put it simply, the bypass operation is to add the bypass system on the basis of the line components, and replace the line components according to the expected design requirements while keeping the power on continuously.
