Based on the management of the site laboratory of the second branch in the YGTJ2 contract section of ChongqingGuangzhou expressway, this paper illustrates that the construction and management of the site laboratory is in a process of continuous improvement. Through scientific and reasonable detail management, the management level of the laboratory can be improved to a higher level and better serve the quality control in the project construction.
