摘要
森林火灾等灾害的防治,是举国制治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分。当前,我国森林火灾防治和林区保护开发面临着严峻的形势,要处理好森林火灾防治和林区保护开发的关系,从火灾预防、在全国林区(林场)进行分区规划和设置防灾隔离带、按照保护和开发并行原则开辟出林区经济带、将现代科学技术应用于森林火灾的防治等方面做好相关工作。
The prevention and control of forest fires and other disasters is an important part of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.At present,China s forest fire prevention and protection and development are facing a severe situation.It is necessary to handle the relationship between forest fire prevention and protection and development,take some measures to prevention fire,zoning planning and setting up disaster prevention isolation belts in national forest areas(forest farms),opening up forest economic belts according to the principle of parallel protection and development,and applying modern science and technology to forest fire prevention and control.
