摘要
文中介绍点对点最小二乘匹配算法,通过矩阵SVD分解求最小二乘的旋转矩阵。基于该方法优化阵列孔的位置度评定,使阵列孔测量值与理论值达到更好的匹配。实验数据表明,通过该方法进行坐标旋转,阵列孔的位置度得到了优化。
The point-to-point least-squares fitting algorithm is introduced.The rotation matrix R of fitting is calculated by matrix SVD decomposition.Based on this algorithm,the position of array holes is optimized to fit the theoretical values.The experimental data shows that the measurement results of position are optimized.
