摘要
文中以国有制造企业为载体,分析了互联网经济下以KPI为代表的绩效管理方法的弊端,提出国有制造企业可以从OKR管理方法中获取绩效管理改革的新启发,进而从目标与关键成果设定、绩效沟通与回顾、绩效评估三个方面重点阐述基于OKR的绩效管理优化的思路。
Taking state-owned manufacturing enterprises as the carrier,this paper analyzes the disadvantages of performance management methods represented by KPI in the Internet economy,and proposes that state-owned manufacturing enterprises can obtain new inspiration from OKR management methods.Then elaboration is made on ways to optimize performance management based on OKR from three aspects:target and key achievement setting,performance communication and review,and performance evaluation.
