地铁施工企业成本管理影响因素分析

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Cost Management in Metro Construction Enterprises

随着我国社会经济水平的不断提升,道路交通系统也变得越来越完善。在现阶段城市快速建设的时代背景之下,与城市相配套的交通系统建设也越来越完善,对于一个经济快速发展的城市而言,地铁已经成为了城市的象征之一,是不可缺少的。由于地铁的建设施工会涉及到较大数额的资金投入,并且具有施工周期长的特点,这也在一定程度上提升了地铁施工企业管理的不确定性,如果在成本管理的过程中出现漏洞以及失误,很可能会对企业自身的经济效益产生较为严重的影响。基于此,该文尝试对地铁施工企业成本管理影响因素进行了探索分析,并给出了相应的策略。

With the continuous improvement of China's social and economic level,the road traff ic system has become more and more perfect.In the current era of rapid urban construction,the construction of transportation systems matching with the city is becoming more and more perfect.For a city with rapid economic development,the subway has become one of the symbols of the city and is indispensable.Because the subway construction will involve a large amount of capital investment,and has the characteristics of long construction period,which also to a certain extent improves the uncertainty of subway construction enterprise management.If there are loopholes and errors in the process of cost management,it is likely to have a more serious impact on the economic benef its of the enterprise itself.Based on this,this paper attempts to explore and analyze the inf luencing factors of cost management in metro construction enterprises,and gives the corresponding strategies.
