高校图书馆馆员职业能力研究与探索

纵观高等教育的整个发展历程,图书馆作为重要的资源集结阵地,提供了重要支持,具有较高的价值地位。高校图书馆系列工作效能在很大程度上取决于馆员的职业素养与职业能力,是确保各项职能发挥的重要保障,所以馆员的职业能力发展已经引起了相关人员的高度重视。文章就此展开了一系列的讨论,首先从高校图书馆馆员职业能力的现状着手,接着从4个方面提出了高校图书馆员职业素养与职业能力的提升路径,最后阐述了新时期高校图书馆员的全新形象:信息顾问、数字化馆员、信息专家,旨在为提升图书馆员职业素养和职业能力水平提供可靠的理论参考依据。

Throughout the whole development process of higher education,as an impor tant resource gathering position,the library provides important support and has a high value position.To a large extent,the eff iciency of University Library series work depends on the professional quality and ability of librarians,which is an important guarantee to ensure the full play of various functions.Therefore,the development of professional ability of librarians has attracted great attention from relevant personnel.In this paper,a series of discussions are carried out.Firstly,the paper starts from the current situation of the professional ability of university librarians,and then puts forward the path to improve the professional quality and ability of University Librarians from four aspects.Finally,it expounds the new image of University Librarians in the new era:information consultant,digital librarian and information expert,aiming to improve the professional quality and professional ability of university librarians.The level of professional ability provides reliable theoretical reference.
