高职院校思想政治教育中开展劳动教育的策略分析

高职院校重视培养学生的专业技能,却容易忽视对学生劳动意识和劳动能力的培养。该文首先对高职院校思想政治教育中劳动教育的缺失表现进行概述,其次分析了劳动教育缺失的原因,学校原因占主要方面,最后从多个方面提出了高职院校思想政治教育中开展劳动教育的实施对策,需要学校提供支持、教师转变意识、学生积极参与,最终让学生达到劳动教育的考核要求。

Higher Vocational Colleges attach importance to the cultivation of students'professional skills,but it is easy to ignore the cultivation of students'labor consciousness and ability.This paper f irst summarizes the lack of labor education in ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,and then analyzes the reasons for the lack of labor education.The school reasons account for the main aspects.Finally,it puts forward the implementation countermeasures of labor education in the ideological and political education of Higher Vocational Colleges from many aspects.It needs the support of the school,the change of teachers'consciousness,the active participation of students,and f inally let the students meet the assessment requirements of labor education.
