大学生心理弹性与学习惰性的关系及干预措施研究——以上饶幼专为例 被引量:1

摘要 以上饶幼儿师范高等专科学校321名学生为研究对象,应用《青少年心理弹性量表》和《学习惰性量表》研究大学生心理弹性与学习惰性之间的关系。结果发现受访大学生的心理弹性分数为4.12分,高于理论中值3分,整体情况较好,学习惰性分数为2.84分,略低于理论中值3分,整体处于中等水平,心理弹性与学习惰性在各指标维度上呈显著负相关关系。基于此,提出降低大学生学习惰性的干预措施。 Taking 321 students of Shangrao K indergarten Teachers Col lege as the research object,the relationship between resilience and learning inertia of college students was studied by using the Adolescent Resilience Scale and learning inertia scale.The results showed that:the psychological resilience score of the college students was 4.12,higher than the theoretical median of 3 points,the overall situation was good,learning inertia score was 2.84 points,slightly lower than the theoretical median of 3 points,the overall level was at a medium level;there was a signif icant negative correlation between resilience and learning inertia in each index dimension.Based on this,this paper puts forward the intervention measures to reduce college students'learning inertia.
