摘要 公开招聘考试是事业单位选人的重要途径,它经过十余年的发展与完善取得了较好的效果。但是也应看到这项工作仍然存在诸多问题,如命题存在问题、考官水平良莠不齐、结构化面试存在弊端、成本高、缺乏科学科技手段辅助考试、创新不足等。该文就这些问题进行了分析说明,并尝试提出可供参考的解决办法,期望为事业单位的公开招聘工作提供可用的信息,增强事业单位公开招聘工作的科学性和有效性。 Public recruitment examination is an important way for public institutions to select candidates.After more than ten years of development and improvement,it has achieved good results.However,it should also be noted that there are still many problems in this work,such as the existence of problems in proposition,the uneven level of examiners,disadvantages of str uctured inter view,high cost,lack of scientif ic and technological means to assist the examination,lack of innovation and so on.This paper analyzes and explains these problems and tries to put forward solutions for reference in the hope of providing available information for public recruitment of public institutions and enhancing the scientif ic and ef fective nature of public recruitment of public institutions.
