国际工程项目施工后期阶段设备撤场处置方式探讨

对国际工程项目来说,施工后期阶段科学合理组织好施工设备的撤场处置工作,是全面履行工程项目合同义务的一项重要内容,关系着项目能否顺利进行竣工验收和结算,做好此项工作能避免支付不必要的场地占用费以及延迟撤场带来的罚款,也利于企业设备资源的高效配置、高效利用和保值增值。本文结合公司国外一水利工程项目大量交通运输和土方设备撤场的实际,总结了工程所在国的财税政策特点、工程设备市场特点和项目部把公司及上级单位的第三国工程项目作为设备撤场处置目的地的具体实操方法,对施工后期阶段闲置设备的处置方式进行了探讨,可供类似国外工程处置撤场设备参考。

For international engineering projects,the scientific and reasonable organization of the disposal of construction equipment in the later stage of construction is an important part of the full implementation of the contractual obligations of the engineering project and is related to whether the project can successfully complete the acceptance and settlement.Doing well this work can avoid paying unnecessary site occupancy fees and fines caused by delayed removal,and it is also conducive to the efficient allocation,efficient use and value preservation of enterprise equipment resources.Based on the actual situation of the large number of transportation and earth-moving equipment removals of a foreign water conservancy project in company,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the fiscal and taxation policies of the country where the project is located,the characteristics of the engineering equipment market,and the specific practical method that project department regards the third-country engineering project of the company and the superior unit as the destination of equipment removal,and discusses the disposal method of idle equipment in the later stage of construction,which can be used as a reference for the disposal and removal of equipment in similar foreign projects.
