摘要
文章以建设单位角度研究了工程项目质量管理,通过与常规基建质量管理的对比,具体从宏观的质量意识和问题文化到质量目标的确立、组织架构的搭建、质量体系文件的建立等前期准备工作,到后期建设过程中实施的质量日报的编制、周例会的推动、考试与培训、奖惩及排名、验收及复盘等等多种质量活动的落地执行,采取了一系列创新性的管理活动,全面研究了项目质量精细化管理的途径,以期提高参建各方的质量意识、达成既定质量目标。
This article studies the quality management of engineering projects from the perspective of the construction unit.Through comparison with conventional infrastructure quality management,it adopted a series of innovative management activities from the initial preparation works,including the macroscopic quality awareness and problem culture,the establishment of quality goals,the establishment of organizational structures and the establishment of quality system documents,to the implementation of multiple quality activities in the later construction process,including the preparation of quality daily reports,promotion of weekly meetings,examinations and training,rewards and punishments and rankings,acceptance and review,conducted a comprehensive study of the methods of refined project quality management in order to improve the quality awareness of all parties involved in the construction and achieve the established quality goals.
