摘要
如何系统、科学地开展市值管理,持续稳定做大市值,成为国内实业界和理论界共同关心的焦点问题和探索研究的热点领域。本文结合市值管理的一般定义和经典框架,从剖析基于产融互动视角和传导递进逻辑,在现有学理基础上,进一步重构了市值管理的内涵定义、框架模型及实施策略。
How to carry out market value management systematically and scientifically and continuously and steadily increase the market value becomes the focus of domestic business and theoretical circles and the hot field of exploration and research.Combining with the general definition and classic framework of market value management,this paper further reconstructs the connotation definition,framework model and strategy system of market value management from the perspective of industry finance interaction and conduction progressive logic.
