加强医院基建管理内部控制的思考

Thoughts on Strengthening Internal Control of Hospital Infrastructure Management

医疗服务建设能反映国家的建设水平和国计民生的发展阶段,通过加强医院基建,提升我国的总体医疗水平,也为民众对医疗资源的需求提供了更丰富的分配内容,以人为本的医疗服务理念保障了中国长期稳定的可持续发展。但医院基建项目的实施开展过程中,仍有一些问题亟待解决,通过加强医院基建管理内部控制,是保障医院基建的顺利开展的必要措施。在本文中,笔者联系国家医疗行业的发展现状对当前医院基建管理内部控制的情况中的各个问题展开探究,并有针对性的提出加强和改进的措施,旨在通过医院基建的理论基础研究,为国家医院基建的全面、深化、顺利开展和进步提供落实依据。

The construction of medical services can reflect the level of national construction and the development stage of the national economy and people's livelihood.By strengthening the hospital infrastructure,the overall medical level of China is improved,and it also provides a richer distribution content for the people's demand for medical resources.The people-oriented medical service concept guarantees China's long-term,stable and sustainable development.However,during the implementation and development of hospital infrastructure projects,there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently.Strengthening the internal control of hospital infrastructure management is a necessary measure to ensure the smooth development of hospital infrastructure.In this article,the author explores various issues in the current situation of internal control of hospital infrastructure management in connection with the development status of the national medical industry,and proposes targeted strengthening and improvement measures,to provide a basis for implementation of the comprehensive,deepening,smooth development and progress of the national hospital infrastructure through the theoretical basis study of hospital infrastructure.
