摘要
装备的综合能力评估是一个涉及多目标、多因素的决策过程,为了使评估结果更具客观性、科学性,需要运用合适的方法开展评估工作。本文以工程机械为例,研究提出了基于理想点法的装备综合能力评估模型,为科学开展装备多目标评估工作提供了方法和手段。
The comprehensive capability evaluation of equipment is a decision-making process involving multiple objectives and factors.In order to make the evaluation results more objective and scientific,it is necessary to use appropriate evaluation methods to carry out the evaluation work.Taking construction machinery as an example,this paper studies and puts forward the evaluation model of equipment comprehensive capability based on ideal point method,which provides methods and means for scientitic development of equipment multi-objectve evaluation.
