摘要
基于脱钩指数,综合对比分析天津市2006-2016年10年的能耗、废气和废水排放与经济增长的脱钩情况,对比分析产生每种情况的背后因素。研究表明:2006-2016年天津能量消耗平均增长率为7.62%,能量消耗主要由工业产业消耗,降低污染排放的主要抑制因素是能源消耗强度,并且抑制作用成上升趋势。发展经济的强度因素对碳排放由显示正相关。因此可以在严控高能消耗产业、增加创新技术的投入、借助经济杠杆来有效控制天津市的节能减排。
Based on the decoupling index,this paper makes a comprehensive comparative analysis of the decoupling of energy consumption,waste gas and wastewater discharge and economic growth in Tianjin from 2006 to 2016,and conducts a comparative analysis of the factors behind each situation.Research shows that the average growth rate of energy consumption in Tianjin from 2006 to 2016 was 7.62%,energy consumption was mainly consumed by industrial industries,the main restraining factor for reducing pollution emissions was energy consumption intensity,and the restraining effect was on the rise.The intensity of economic development has a positive correlation with carbon emissions.Therefore,we can strictly control high-energy-consuming industries,increase investment in innovative technologies and use economic leverage to effectively control energy conservation and emission reduction in Tianjin.
