摘要
随着信息技术的不断发展,各行各业都因信息技术取得了革命性的变革,促进了行业的进步、工作效率的提升。人力资源管理是影响企业工作效率的重点工作内容,对于企业核心竞争力的提高有着重要的意义。基于此,本文深入探讨了信息技术对人力资源管理模式所产生的影响,并提出了在信息化背景下人力资源管理工作的开展模式。
With the continuous development of information technology,all walks of life have achieved revolutionary changes due to information technology,which has promoted the progress of the industry and the improvement of work efficiency.Human resource management is a key work content that affects the work efficiency of an enterprise,and is of great significance to the improvement of the core competitiveness of an enterprise.Based on this,this article deeply explores the influence of information technology on the human resource management model,and proposes the development mode of human resource management under the background of information technology.
