摘要
随着电子商务的大发展,天猫、京东、抖音、美团等一系列电子商务企业如雨后春笋搬迅速崛起。在电子商务大发展的过程中,物流配送是不可或缺的关键环节。目前来看,国内的物流企业发展尚存在不少问题,如:配送网络不健全、配送服务质量低下、物流配送费用不经济等。尤其在一些中小型企业,面临更为严峻的物流配送方面的问题,亟待解决。笔者以南昌佳吉快运公司为对象,通过深入剖析其物流配送模式,物流配送流程等方面,找出公司物流配送存在的问题,进而提出相关优化建议,以期为国内快运企业的发展提供一定借鉴。
With the great development of e-commerce,a series of e-commerce companies,such as Tmall,JD.com,Douyin and Meituan,have sprung up rapidly.In the process of e-commerce development,logistics distribution is an indispensable key link.At present,there are still many problems in the development of domestic logistics enterprises,such as,unsound distribution network,low quality of distribution service,uneconomical logistics and distribution costs,and so on.Especially in some small and medium-sized enterprises,they are facing more severe logistics and distribution problems,which need to be solved urgently.The author takes Nanchang Jiaji Express Company as the object,carries out in-depth analysis of its logistics distribution model and logistics distribution process to find out the company's logistics distribution problems,and then puts forward relevant optimization suggestions,in order to provide a certain reference for the development of domestic express companies.
